Direct FTP to FTP File Transfer.

1. How do I start server-to-server FTP transfer?

Once you have logged into your account, simply click on the "START DIRECT" icon. Then enter the two FTP accounts' details in the two panels - use either FTP host IPs or your domain names (e.g. yoursite.com) in the "FTP HOST IP" fields. "LOGIN" and "PASSWORD" are the respective logins and passwords for your FTP accounts.

2. Are my FTP Logins and Passwords safe with your service?

Absolutely! We are a highly reputed team of professionals. We are incorporated in UK. We value our customers and shall under NO circumstances reveal or abuse any of their data. Also, you can change your FTP Login details once you are done with the transfer.

3. How do I actually transfer files between two FTPs?

In order to transfer files from the left FTP account to the right FTP server, simply select the files (folders), you would like to transfer, in the left panel and click on "Transfer-->" button. The transfer process will now begin. Just follow the prompts in the popped-up windows to complete it. Similarly, to transfer files from the right FTP server to the left - select the files on the right and click on "<--Transfer" button. No hassle!

4. Can I transfer entire folders?

Yes. Simply select a folder(s) (it may also contain other folders) and click on "Transfer". New folders with the same names will be created automatically on the recipient server.

5. Can I resume broken transfer jobs?

Yes, all transfer jobs are resumed automatically till finished. Also, either you stop a running transfer job or it gets broken for some reason, it is automatically saved in your "Transfer List" and you can resume it anytime from there.

6. I have a slow transfer speed! What can I do?

Our network connections are far from being full. We always order more bandwidth than there is a need. So, you may want to talk to your hosting providers to discuss the situation. If one of your servers is located off-shore, the speed might be very slow due to poor network reach. Also, many hosting providers limit FTP speeds to 100 Kb/s.

7. How do I purchase additional traffic to meet my transfer needs?

In your account's main menu, please, click on "Bandwidth for file Transfer" and then on "Buy More". You can specify any desired amount of traffic you might need. You will make a secure payment via PayPal or WebMoney at this point and your available traffic limit will adjust instantly.
